Delivery timesframes shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

 Returns and Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned worn, damaged, or altered.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
